Including the AI Agent in a chat flow can enhance your interactions with online prospects. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate the AI Agent into your chat flow, allowing it to assist and engage with prospects effectively.
Step 1: Access Chat Flow Builder
Ensure you have admin access to the platform and log in as admin.
Step 2: Create a New Interaction Record with an AI Sales Agent

Create New Interaction:

- Navigate to Interactions and create a new interaction record.
- Click on it to start a new interaction.
- Within the interaction record, locate the Chat Flow Builder.

Add AI Sales Node:

- In the Chat Flow Builder canvas, you'll see various nodes available for building your chat flow.
- Find the "Sales Agent" node, which represents the AI Sales Agent.
- Click and drag the "Sales Agent" node to the canvas, placing it where you want the AI Agent to be a part of the conversation.

Configure the AI Sales Agent Node: After placing the AI Sales Agent Node on the canvas, you need to configure its behavior to align with your preferences.

Exit Conversation When Email Is Provided: If you want the conversation to automatically exit when a prospect provides an email address, locate and enable the "Exit conversation when email is provided" option within the AI Sales Node's settings.

Snooze Feature (Optional): If you want the AI Agent to snooze when the prospect is not engaging with it, you can set the "Snooze" feature. Define a notification message that will appear in the chat once the "Wait" time passes.

Conversation Iterations:

- Understand that the "Conversation Iterations" setting determines the allowed length of the conversation between the AI Sales Agent and the online prospect.
- Each iteration represents one question and answer exchange between the AI Sales Agent and the prospect.
- Once the iterations limit is reached, the chat flow will continue to the next node.

Step 4: Save and Publish the Chat Flow
Once you have configured the AI Sales Node and the chat flow as desired, make sure click the Update button and to save the Interaction record.
Step 5: Monitor and Optimize
After integrating the AI Agent into your chat flow, regularly monitor the interactions and analyze the results using the Chat History page. Make adjustments to the chat flow or AI Agent's behavior as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
