New Widget UI
This release includes a new UI design for the web widget. The new UI includes the following changes:
- Introducing a novel "Preview" feature - The widget offers the ability to close, open, and access a preview mode. In this mode, the messages feed is displayed in a condensed interface, conserving screen space and allowing users to preview alerts and push messages without requiring them to open the complete chat dialog window.
- Textual answers to agent questions are now submitted only through the chat input box.
- Performance improvements
Important:
- Embedded images inside "Message" nodes should have both width and height set. It is recommended to set the width to 190px and the height to 100px.
