Edit a Channel

Prerequisites:

• A Qualifico Admin user

To edit a channel, login to Qualifico as an Admin user and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin->Channels
2. Identify the Channel record you want to edit
3. Click on the 3 dots on the right to expand the record menu

     4. Click on Edit

Important: It is recommended to avoid editing an exiting channel filters while it contains a flow of live visitors. The best practice would be to:

1. Create a new channel with the desired filters
2. Re order the channels and drag the old channel to the bottom of the list
3. Make sure no live visitors exist in the old channel
4. Delete the old channel
