Delete a Channel

Prerequisites:

• A Qualifico Admin user

To delete a channel, login to Qualifico as an Admin user and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin->Channels
2. Re order the channels and drag the channel your would like to delete to the bottom of the list
3. Make sure no live visitors exist in the old channel
4. Navigate to Admin->Interactions
5. Go over all Active Interactions and make sure the Channel is not used in an active Chat Flow.
6. Navigate again to Admin->Channels
7. Identify the channel record you would like to delete
8. Click on the 3 dots on the right to expand the record menu

     4. Click on Delete
