Create New Interaction

Prerequisites:

• A Qualifico Admin user

To create a new Interaction, login to Qualifico as an Admin user and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin->Interactions
2. Click on Add
3. Choose to create an Interaction based on one of the pre defined templates:

1. Edit the Interaction Title. 
2. Create Filters:
   1. Click on the + sign to add a new condition.
   2. Add as many conditions as you like. Conditions are aggregated by the "All" or "Any" options:
      1. All - the filter will evaluate to TRUE only if All conditions are met.
      2. Any - the filter will evaluate to TRUE if Any one of the conditions are met.
3. Click on the Chat Flow tab and edit your chat scenario.
4. Click Save to save the Interaction.
