Sometimes you would want to show an interaction chat flow experience on specific dates or times. The following scenarios are examples for such cases:
- Show different interaction experiences for working hours vs offline hours
- Have an interaction experience for a campaign that falls between specific dates
To support these scenarios, Qualifico introduces Date and Time filter capabilities when creating an interaction.
In the following example, we will define an interaction that will only show during office offline hours:
- Login as a Qualifico Admin user
- Navigate to Admin -> Interactions
- Click Add
- In the new interaction, click on the + sign in Filters and add a new condition
- Choose Visit Time in the properties list and set the time to be between 6:00 PM and 11:59 PM
- Add a second condition with Visit Time set between 00:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Group the 2 conditions with "Any" by clicking on the "Any" button
- Click Save
Result: The interaction will be visible everyday between 6 PM and 8 AM
